            III         Consideration of a request by Verizon Wireless LLC, for approval of a Zoning Variance to permit a 75'-0" high freestanding communication facility (stealth monopine cell tower) where 50 feet is the maximum height allowed in the A-1 (Agricultural) Zone District, (more commonly known as 24277 Highway 67, Divide, Colorado);

            IV        Consideration of a request by Verizon Wireless LLC, for approval of a Zoning Variance to permit a 68'-6" high freestanding communication facility (stealth monopine cell tower) where 50 feet is the maximum height allowed in the A-1 (Agricultural) Zone District, (more commonly known as 704 Crystal Peak Road, Florissant, Colorado);
