Teller County Building Dept. Roofing Contractor FAQ's, Requirements and Applications

ATTENTION ROOFING CONTRACTORS:

As of September 9, 2010 the Building Department has issued approximately 1,500 re-roof permits.

Due to the high volume of business from the July hail storm, we can no longer provide estimated times for inspections
AND
Due to the high volume of requested daily inspections, scheduled Ice & Water Inspections will take precedence over any scheduled Roof Final Inspections.  Roof Final Inspections will completed in a timely manner.

Effective August 13, 2010 - Reroof Application submittals will be limited to 5 a day per Contractor.
