AA-1 TITLE. This resolution is the Teller County Land Use Regulations, and is referred to throughout as "these Regulations." It consolidates and replaces the formerly separate regulations for zoning, subdivision, new communities, signs, and trash.
AA-2 ORGANIZATION OF THESE REGULATIONS. These Regulations consist of 2 parts. The first part consists of tables -- the first table identifies the uses allowed in each zoning district, and the remainder of the tables indicate the most frequently applicable requirements for approvals and permits. These Regulations include the following tables:
