The Colorado County Clerks Association has established a scholarship fund to aid outstanding Colorado resident seniors in furthering their education, particularly in the field of public service. The scholarships will be awarded to qualifying seniors on an objective and non-discriminatory basis. The scholarships will be one-time awards on a regional basis.
Selection will be based upon a completed application, a 3.25 Minimum GPA, participation in extracurricular, community and service activities, and financial need/hardship.
The Colorado County Clerks Association will grant regional one-time awards in the amount of $1,000 to seniors graduating from Colorado high schools.
Applications must be submitted by email, USPS or in person to the Teller County Clerk and Recorder’s office no later than March 30, 2018.
For those interested in applying, please contact your school counselor or the Clerk’s office (in the Courthouse in Cripple Creek) for an application packet.
