Copies of Recorded Documents – 8 ½” x 11” $0.25 per page
Certification of copies $1.00 per document + $0.25 per page
Copies of Plat Maps or Land Surveys $1.45 per page
 
Sending of a fax – local calls only $0.25

Standard Document $11.00 first page
  $5.00 per each additional page per document
   
Real Property Transfer Declaration 1/10th of a percent of the dollar amount of the property sale if over $500.00
   
Mining Document $6.00 first page + $0.25 per lode/claim
  $5.00 per each additional page per document
   
UCC Documents $11.00 for 1-2 page document
  $16.00 for 3+ page document
   
DD-214 Certificate of Release or Discharge Complimentary up to 5
   
Plat Maps - must be on Mylar $11.00 first page
  $10.00 per each additional page
   
Land Survey - must be on Mylar $20.00 per page
