  •   Notary Services
       - $5.00 per signature

      For Recording of Regular Documents:
        - $11.00 for the 1st page and $5.00 each additional page per document

      For Recording of Mining Documents:
       - $6.00 for 1st page and $5.00 each additional page per document
       - Add 25ยข per claim listed to the recording fee

      Recording Fees for:
       Plat Maps, Land Surveys, Federal Tax Liens and UCC's will remain as they were prior to the 2010 Fee Adjustment.  Please contact the
       Clerk & Recorder's Office (719-689-2951) for questions regarding these fees.


  For Veterans:
   Recording Certifications of Military DD214 forms (up to 5) - complimentary.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
