Voter Registration Forms and Applications for Mail-In Ballots are available on this website and at either of the offices of the County Clerk & Recorder - 101 West Bennett Avenue in Cripple Creek or at 540 Manor Court in Woodland Park.

Registration forms and applications can be submitted by:

* In order to participate in an election, residents of Teller County must be registered to vote at least thirty days before the election.

Voter registration lists and/or labels may be purchased through this office. A request detailing format (such as party affiliation, voter status, mailing address, etc.) must be submitted in writing prior to issuance. The fee for a registration list a $20 setup fee plus one cent per name. The fee for mailing labels is a $20 setup fee plus six cents per name.
