Marriage Licenses
The fee for Marriage licenses is $30.00. Both parties must provide proof that they are
at least 18 years old. Parental approval is required if either party is
under 18. Judicial approval is required if either party is under 16.
If either party has been previously married, the date and court in which the
marriage was dissolved must be provided. No blood test or waiting period
is necessary. Licenses are valid in all counties in Colorado for 30

Marriage Licenses may be obtained at either Clerk and Recorder office locations in
Cripple Creek: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or in Woodland Park: 8 a.m. to 12
p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (no licenses are issued at the Woodland Park branch
between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.)
