Colorado Law Enforcement Request for Removal of Online Information


The Assessor’s Office maintains certain records that are confidential, some include personal information regarding Law Enforcement Officials, Peace officers, Judges or Prosecutors (see Statute below).

Our office wants to make sure that the information is protected when requested by the Law Enforcement Official. Forms are maintained and will be updated on a regular basis for the removal of the online information.
