Environmental Health Department
The Environmental Health Department is primarily responsible for administering the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems (ISDS) program and the Consumer Food Service Protection program. The Department is also involved in regulating air quality, water quality, solid waste and various other environmental health concerns.
Health Navigation Team
A Health Navigator can help a client help themselves to achieve the best possible healthcare outcome. The Navigator takes into account the health and well-being of the whole person including physical and emotional health.
We can help teach you how to be your own best advocate. Remember, the person with the most power over your health is you.

• Communicating with your pharmacist
Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
WIC is a nutrition program that provides nutrition and health education, healthy food and other services free of charge to Colorado families who qualify. WIC is administered by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment. Residents of Teller County and Southern Park County obtain services through Teller County Public Health.
