The Teller County Assessor’s Office is asking for your help in providing information related to your property to help us consider all relevant factors in the valuation of your property for the 2021 county reappraisal process. The COVID-19 pandemic led to some significant market occurrences in Teller County and the State of Colorado.
Please complete the questionnaire that best suits the operation that relates to your property. We request that you complete one for 2019 and one for 2020 to help illustrate differences. The information you provide will be considered and will assist us in providing accurate valuations of commercial property in the county during this challenging time. Any information submitted to us will be kept in strict confidence and cannot be disclosed publicly as provided by Colorado Law. Questionnaires need to be returned by March 15, 2021 to be given full consideration in your valuation.
You can submit the questionnaire by emailing it to the Assessor's Office or by mailing it to Assessor's Office, P.O. Box 1008, Cripple Creek, CO 80813.
Again, we sincerely appreciate any assistance you can give us. Please call Michael Akana, Chief Deputy Appraiser, at 719-686-7977 if you need any assistance or you have questions.
